Vivienne Nabangardi Napiljarri Brown
Vivienne is an Aboriginal woman from Karnturlpa region in Northern Territory, Australia. She now lives in Tennant Creek and speaks Warlpiri and Warnumpa.Vivienne has sold paintings to Ex-Prime Minister Malcolm Turnbull and to Royal Family
Vivienne was brought up by her Aunt Gwen Brown who is her mother, after the death of her birth mother Rita Limbiari at a young age. Her father is Mark Jungarri Brown from Karntuplpa, west of Tennant Creek.
Vivienne has two sisters and one brother:
• Fabian Brown (Jabangardi Japiljarri)
• Kristen Brown (Nabangardi Napiljarri)
• Alexandra Brown (Jabangardi)
Vivienne’s passion is Dot Painting which she started doing because of her aunts, mother and sisters all did paintings of Blue Berry Hill (west side of town).
Vivienne started painting at the age of five (5) and continues today.

Michael Murimal
Michael was born in Katherine and is currently living in Binjari.
Michael's is from the Waterman (Mother's Side) and Wadeye (Father's side) tribes.
Michael has been painting for around 35 years and was taught by his Uncle.
He is the baby of a family of four, which includes two older sisters and an older brother.

Rachel Camphoo
Rachel was born in Katherine and currently lives in Tennant Creek.
Rachel is from the Kayetye tribe and her skin name is Ampetyane.
Rachel has been creating art since the age of 15 and is currently working out of the Karguru art centre.

Ranita Ross / Napanangka
Ranita was born in Alice Springs, Northern Territory, and is currently living in Tennant Creek Karguru Camp.
Ranita is an Alyawarr woman who has been painting for over twenty years, starting at the age of eighteen.
She enjoys sharing family stories through her art.
Ranita’s skin name is Napanangka

Gabrielle Barney
Gabrielle was born in Carnarvon and she has been living in Carnarvon all her life.
She belongs to Ingarda Aboriginal clan (people from Carnarvon to South of Geraldton Western Australia) Gabrielle is a beautiful daughter of Edna Barney and Wilfred Hart, she has four step sisters and one step brother.
Gabrielle gets along well with her family and they have been supporting her to achieve her dreams and goals.
Through engaging CDP Creative arts programme, Gabriella has developed her skills and has now become a good artist.
Gabrielle has been painting for four years now. She has displayed her art work for exhibition in Geraldton and has sold a number of her paintings locally and through art exhibitions.

Patricia Curtis Forbes
Patricia was born in Tenant Creek and is currently living in the Beswick Community.
Patricia's father is from the Warramunga and Walpirri people, her mother is from the Luritja and Western Arrernte people.
Patricia has been painting for over thirty years.

Suzie Pope
Suzie was born on Stirling Station near Wilora in Northern Territory and now lives in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.
Suzie’s skin name is “Ngamparti”
Suzie is an Alywawarr woman – Alywararr are an Australian Aboriginal people or language group from the Northern Territory with traditional lands extending over some 17800 square miles.
Suzie started painting and doing other forms of art at the age of fifteen.

Phyllis Walden
Phyllis is currently living on a station near Cairns.
She started painting at the age of thirty.

Roslin Dick
Roslin lives in Charleville Queensland and is from the Waanyi people.
She started painting at the age of forty.

Robert was born in Aileron station N.T. He was born in Aileron station N.T, he currently lives in Docker River and hes from Anmatjere people.

Michelle is Anmatyerr and started painting at the age of thirteen.
The Anmatyerre are Aboriginal Australian people of the Northern Territory, who speak one of the Upper Arrernte languages.

Jeanette is Gangalidda women - whos land is the gulf of Carpentaria, Jeanette started painting over 10 years ago. Jeanette has sold and has artwork at the Kagura Art Center

Felicity was born in Ampliatwatja and currently lives in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.
Felicity is an Alyawarra woman - The Alyawarra people are also known as the Iliaura. They are an Aboriginal Australian people, or language group, from the Northern Territory.
Felicity has been painting from the age of twenty-four.

Paula’s skin name is “Napangardi”
Paula was born in Ali Curung, Northern Territory. She now lives in Tennant Creek, Northern Territory.
Paula is a Warlpiri woman. The Warlpiri, sometimes referred to as Yapa, are a group of Indigenous Australians, many of whom speak the Warlpiri language.
Paula has been an artist for some time now and enjoys painting locations and stories to share with others.
